How can I change my account information?

It’s very easy, simply go to “My Account” section in the main menu, from there you’ll be able to change your account information by selection “Account Details” option, which allows you to change your name, email address and password. There’s also the “Addresses” option that allows you to edit your billing and shipping address.

What information do you collect and why?

RosesAndSmiles.com respects the privacy of our customers. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy section on the bottom of our webpages. We strongly recommend that as a user of our website you should read carefully our Privacy Policy to understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected. However, if there are any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are my billing information and e-mail address kept private?

Absolutely yes. RosesAndSmiles.com understand the importance of keeping private your personal information that remains completely confidential and is used just for transaction purposes at the moment of ordering from us. Again, our Privacy Policy will provide you with more details.

Why do you need my telephone number?

Since we ship roses directly from our award winning farms in Ecuador with UPS, we must adjust our procedures to their regulations and one of those is to have a valid working phone number in order to guarantee the delivery of your roses. We also may need to contact you to verify your order information or in case we have a problem fulfilling your order. The UPS system will require from us to include a customer phone number in order to generate labels, tracking numbers and all the info required to be accurate at the delivery instance.

OUR ROSES

How will our flowers arrive?

Once you place your order in our online store, you will receive your flowers on the date selected by you. They will arrive properly adjusted in a cardboard box with all the protections required to guarantee that after a long journey from Ecuador, the roses will be in perfect conditions. Of course the will be thirsty, so please allow them to rehydrate and follow all the instructions described in our “Flower Care” section to enjoy the most beautiful roses you have ever seen.

What are the different types of roses?

Since we are 100% specialized in roses and products related, we have available in our store several options with this fantastic type of flower. Actually, you have to keep in mind that roses from Ecuador are recognized as the best worldwide with no doubt!!! We offer from fresh roses in every imaginable color and stem length, until dyed roses professionally processed and bouquets for any occasion, it doesn’t matter if it’s a birthday, an anniversary, a fund raising event, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Wedding Roses. Also coming soon our luxury gift boxes as well as our star products line: Preserved Roses in fantastic presentations!  Ahh… you can also customize your order by building your own box composition.

What is Build a Box?

Whether you have different feelings to express or just want to decorate your house, this is the best option for you. RosesAndSmiles.com has revolutionized the shipping process, thereby offering the option to customize your order. You can choose from two (2) up to eight (8) different rose colors in your box. You just have to click the “Build a Box” category in our main MENU and start designing your own composition.

How do I place my order?

When should I place my order?

We strongly suggest to place your order at least two weeks prior your event. However, we have the capacity depending on our availability, to process your order within 72 hours before your event. Remember that RosesAndSmiles.com do not storage roses at all, so we can’t do next day deliveries. We ship your flowers straight from our farms in Ecuador. We recall on the importance of ordering with enough time of anticipation to guarantee the exact colors and varieties ordered. Last minute orders will always be subject to certain adjustments in the case we can’t fulfill the specific order composition. Certain varieties might be sold out forcing us to find alternative options that of course, would be the closest ones. After we receive your order, a customer service representative will call you to verify your order.

How do I know that my order has been received?

When you submit an online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail, simply contact us via email: CONTACT US HERE or give us a call at 1-866-424-2388 and we can confirm your order for you or send you another email confirmation. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number and link to view and track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order within 7 days of your shipping date with no additional charges (10 days before your delivery date). We ship your roses from Ecuador in South America and our farms do have a strict planning scheme to fulfill 100% your orders composition. When there is a cancellation, changes at field level must be done with enough time of anticipation beyond the fact that we take a few days for the flowers journey prior to the delivery date. Once the product has been shipped out of Ecuador, changes are not possible. If you decide to cancel your order, please send us an email: CONTACT US HERE. Please type your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. Cancellations done in shorter periods of time are subject to a fee equal to 15% of the total order amount. RosesAndSmiles.com will refund the amount you paid minus the 15% cancellation processing fee that will cover the credit card processing fees that are charged to us plus all the expenses associated to this transaction.
